WebMD Care offers a comprehensive directory of doctors across the United States that users can access to find medical professionals in their area. The project's main objective was to improve the overall user experience and ensure consistency across the site while enhancing the visual design. My responsibilities included conducting UX research to understand user needs and pain points and using this information to create prototypes and final designs. I collaborated closely with stakeholders to ensure the design aligned with the project goals and met user needs.
